Guests are requested to carry a soft copy of the voucher on the phone.
It needs to be verified by the driver at the time of pick-up or at the entrance.

Desert Buggy Driving Experience Important Information

Please carry a valid Id/Passport along with you during the activity.
The driving experience is for 60 minutes.
Kindly share your pickup location while booking as the tour includes sharing transfers from Dubai.
Please Wear Casual/Sports Comfortable Clothing (Trainers, Shorts, T-shirt).
Pregnant women or people suffering from backache are not recommended for this tour.
There will be no refund for partly utilized services.
No heavy luggage is allowed to be carried during this activity.
Helmets are compulsory and must be worn by every client during the tour.
All guest will be asked to sign an indemnity form before the tour.
Please note pick up will be done 1 hour prior to the slot chosen.
All guest have to follow the instructions explained by the guide for the duration of the tour.
Should guest fail to adhere to the rules, their tour will be cancelled without refund.
Age Restrictions:
Minimum driving age for buggies is 20 years.
The minimum passenger age for any vehicle is 6 years.
Guest need to carry valid driving license issued from his/her home country.
The physical license must be presented.
